The headquarters in Race Manager is not just a screen with pretty buildings. It is the foundation of your technological and financial superiority. Base development requires time and massive investment, but each building level provides tangible bonuses.

Buildings and Their Purpose

All facilities are divided into two main groups:

Engineering Block

Design Center: Increases the amount of research points gained and accelerates part development.
Manufacturing: Reduces the cost of producing parts and shortens the time for their manufacture.
Wind Tunnel: A key facility for aerodynamic testing. Provides a constant bonus to downforce.

Support Block

Simulator: Allows drivers to train more effectively, reducing the cost and time of sessions.
Marketing: Increases income from sponsorship payments and the team's reputation in the media.
Scouting: Expands opportunities for finding new talent and increases the accuracy of assessing their skills.

Develop your base systematically to prevent technological backwardness.

Pit Crew

The Pit Crew tab allows you to manage those who win or lose the race in seconds.

Equipment:

Wheel Guns: Reduce the time for unscrewing and tightening nuts.
Jacks: Speed up the process of lifting and lowering the car.
Gantry (Signal Lights): Allow the driver to pull away faster and safer after a tire change.

Training and Fatigue:

You can choose a Training Focus (e.g., speed or reliability) to minimize the risk of hitches.
Fatigue: Mechanics are people too. After each race and intensive training, their fatigue grows. If it reaches critical levels, the risk of error during a pit stop becomes immense.

Upgrades and Directors

The process of base modernization can be accelerated by hiring experienced executives:

Technical Director: Their skills can provide a bonus to the construction speed of engineering buildings.
Sporting Director: Directly influences pit crew training progress and their overall efficiency in the race.

⚠️ Important: You cannot build two buildings at once. Plan your upgrade schedule in advance, considering the time until the next race!
