The Hierarchy of Speed
In Race Manager, you don't just participate in individual races; you build a career within a global league system. The entire racing world is divided into divisions: from regional series to the elite world championship.
Season Structure
Each season in a league is a series of Grands Prix held on various tracks around the world.
- Calendar: Generated automatically at the beginning of each season. Races are usually scheduled for weekdays so that managers can prepare for the stages.
- Conditions: Weather conditions and available tire compounds are predetermined for each race.
- Points: Awarded according to the classic system for finishing in the top 10. Additional points are also provided for the fastest lap in the race.

Monitor the standings — every point can be decisive at the end of the season.
New Season and "Reset"
The end of a season is not just about summarizing; it's a "soft reset" of the technical state to level the playing field and maintain competition:
- Car Reset: Every year, the technical regulations change. Your car's characteristics (Engine, Chassis, Aero) return to their base levels, and all researched technologies are archived. You start building the new car from scratch!
- Headquarters Regression: To keep the challenge alive, the top 3 teams of the season experience a slight degradation of their headquarters (-1 level to all buildings). Maintaining dominance is hard!
- Research Points: All unused research points are reset to zero. Spend them before the last race!
- What Remains: Your team level, accumulated reputation, budget (including season prizes), and staff experience are fully preserved.
💡 Tip: Spend all your Research Points and focus on maximizing your position before the season ends. The prize money from a high finish is your primary capital for the next year's car development!
Prepare for the long marathon and become a legend of the top division!
